Personal Therapy Tailored to You

I provide individual psychotherapy in a confidential, relational, and collaborative setting, offering space to explore emotional difficulty, relationships, identity, and personal change at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. This may include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, loss, life transitions, questions around sexuality or identity, feelings of disconnection, or recurring emotional and relational patterns that feel difficult to understand or shift alone.

My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgement, supporting deeper self-awareness and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore patterns of communication, emotional connection, conflict, intimacy, and the impact of past experiences within relationships.

Couples and partners may seek therapy during periods of difficulty, disconnection, life transition, betrayal, recurring conflict, or when feeling stuck in patterns that have become difficult to navigate alone. Therapy can also provide space to strengthen understanding, deepen communication, and reflect together more openly and honestly.

My approach is relational, thoughtful, and non-judgemental, supporting greater awareness of both individual and shared dynamics within the relationship.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, trainees, and helping professionals within a reflective, collaborative, and integrative setting.

Supervision offers space to think carefully about clinical work, therapeutic relationships, ethical questions, professional development, and the emotional impact of practice. My approach supports curiosity, reflection, and thoughtful exploration while recognising the unique needs, experience, and modality of each practitioner.

Alongside clinical thinking, supervision can also provide support around professional identity, confidence, boundaries, complexity in client work, and sustaining oneself within therapeutic practice over time.
