About Me
I am a relational psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over twenty years of clinical experience, working with individuals, couples, and therapists in supervision. I offer a confidential and reflective space to explore emotional difficulty, relationships, and personal change at a pace that feels right for you.
I hold an MSc in Psychotherapy and am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA). I also hold Diplomas in Clinical Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision.
I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), certified through the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA), and a member of the International Association for Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA).
Since beginning my clinical work in 2004, I have worked across a range of therapeutic settings, supporting people through relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, and questions of identity and meaning. My approach is relational and collaborative, grounded in curiosity, respect, and thoughtful exploration.
I offer psychotherapy and supervision in Hertfordshire and online across the UK, and welcome enquiries to explore whether working together feels right.
My Approach
I understand psychotherapy as a collaborative process shaped through relationship, curiosity, and careful attention to experience. Rather than offering quick solutions, my work focuses on creating a space where thoughts, feelings, and patterns can be explored safely and at depth.
Drawing on relational Transactional Analysis, I work with how past experiences continue to influence present relationships, emotional responses, and ways of being in the world. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and develop new understanding, allowing change to emerge naturally and sustainably.
I aim to offer a thoughtful and respectful environment in which difficult experiences can be spoken about openly, supporting greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and more satisfying relationships with oneself and others.
Each therapeutic relationship is unique, and I work flexibly in response to the individual needs and pace of the person sitting with me.
